The hotel has a prime location just a 10-minute walk from Jelsa city center with a perfect bay for kids at Mina beach. The rooms were not clean and had outdated amenities, making sleep difficult with only a fan. The service was extremely polite but somewhat slow in response. The dining experience ranged from good with fresh fruits to poor quality meals served. The hotel's facilities require refurbishment, especially considering the old tube television and limited exercise machines.
